Together They Were One (10"x16"x7'2")

Together They Were One  symbolizes unity emerging from chaos. A spiral of seemingly scattered stones to the left behind and beneath the juniper bushes spirals inward and joins the base of the sculpture to create the circle of stones. At its center is a single, standing siltstone boulder that appears as the joining of two entities. We live in a universe that has shifting and changing elements of unity, order, and chaos. Our lives reflect the world we live in.
